Corns (Children)
Corns generally occur in adults; however, it is not uncommon for children to develop them as well. Like adults, corns occur at areas of high pressure. This may be due to something as simple as tight shoes rubbing against the skin or pinching the toes, or it may be the result of a biomechanical anomaly, meaning that there may be a problem in the structure or function of the foot.
